Which formation provider should I actually use?
The cards on your results page show what each provider is best for. Different providers fit different situations: some prioritize price, some include mail-forwarding or banking, some specialize in non-US founders, some offer S-Corp election out of the box. The first card on each jurisdiction’s results page is the one we’d suggest as the default starting point.

Filing happens through formation providers, not directly through us. The providers we list on each jurisdiction’s results page are partners we work with. They handle the filing, the registered agent, and ongoing compliance.
